Marlene Weber Corporation is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Marlene Weber Corporation collects information from our users at several different points on our website.


We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Online Booking

We request information from the user pior to receiving a USER ID and PASSWORD to book online. By using our online booking system you are agreeing to the following:

All appointments booked using the online booking system on will be secured with a valid credit card, provided to our Front Desk Staff when you are given your USERID and PASSWORD. By requesting a USERID and PASSWORD you have given us the authorization to bill your valid credit card, which you have agreed to have kept on file, for the purpose of online booking You will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service booked online using your PASSWORD. All appointments booked online must be cancelled or rebooked 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of service in order to avoid this charge. Repeatedly missing appointments booked online, will revoke your online booking privilege.

Information received by our Day Spa Staff for the purposes of online booking will be used only for that purpose and will not be shared.
