Elemental Nature Massage

A personalized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy & your favorite Aveda aromas. Depending upon your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized. Elemental Nature Massage is offered in 3 time frames:

Focus Massage                                 30 min $50

Thirty minutes devoted to a particular area that may need special focused attention utilizing one or several traditional massage techniques dependent upon the consultation.

One-hour Massage                           60 min $80

Utilizing a variety of acupressure, reflexology or Swedish techniques, this full hour body massage can be relaxing, revitalizing or therapeutic.

One & One Half Hour Massage        90 min $120

Taking special care of areas of concern while focusing on overall relaxation, combining therapeutic and revitalizing techniques, this 1 ½ hour massage can be exceptionally result-oriented and healing.

Thai Massage                                    90min $110

Based in ayurvedic medicine, buddhist spiritual practice and yoga techniques, this 2,500 year old healing art was created for Buddhist monks after weeks of being in prayer position. With a a strong emphasis on the legs, Thai massage blends gentle rocking, rhythmic acupressure and yoga-like stretches. It is especially noted for sciatica, low back and leg pain.

Pre-Natal Massage                          60 min $80

Recommended for 2nd & 3rd trimesters, this massage is done on a special belly pillow for yours & baby's comfort. It is designed for reducing back & leg pain & overall fatigue associated with pregnancy. Doctor's written authorization is required, please.

Stone Therapy Massage                  75 min $110

This 75-minute therapeutic massage relieves tension in muscles, reduces the physical strains of stress & assists the body in self-healing. Stone therapy introduces the application of stones at varying degrees of warmth, to go beyond the physical experience of typical massage & enter deeper dimensions of relaxation, creating balance in the emotional, physical & mental being.

Dual Massage                                   60 min $200 for two

For relaxation or revitalization, two tables next to each other, two massage therapists working in tandem for a one hour massage. Complete your experience in our Tangier Room with Moroccan tea, fresh fruit & nuts.

Deep Tissue Massage                      60 min $85

Utilizing heat to prepare the muscles, this intense massage uses pressure & release techniques, & targets those stressed areas that may be sports or injury related.

Foot Massage Treatment                 30 min $50

This relaxing foot massage is based on the theory that the foot is the map of the entire body. Pressure is applied to specific points on the soles of the feet, which have beneficial effects to the referred body part.

A target massage for the back, shoulders, neck & arms, a perfect stress-reliever any time of day, by itself or as an add-on to any service.
