Spa FAQs

How far in advance should I book an appointment?

We recommend you reserve your appointments for Spa Packages, multiple services, and group bookings at least 2 weeks in advance for your preferred times.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointments 2 days in advance. To ensure that we provide the best service possible, we maintain a 24 hr cancellation policy for all appointments. If 24-hour notice is not provided, your account will be charged 50% of the service fee. Regretfully, all no shows will be charged full service value. We appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation policy.

When should I arrive?

To enhance your spa service, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and change into spa attire when needed. Arriving late, will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. If a late arrival occurs, we will try to accommodate you, but we will end on time in the event it will cause a delay to the next guest. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Is there someone who can help me decide on a treatment?

If you are unsure of what the treatments are or which one would best meet your spa needs, ask to have the services explained. Many of our services are more beneficial when performed on a regular basis. Please consult with our Guest Coordinators to receive information on the benefits of purchasing service series or spa memberships.

Do you offer on location services?

We offer on location services in your home or office as well as hosting of corporate events and private and bridal parties. Please consult with our Guest Coordinators to receive information.

What about my valuables?

It is recommended that you leave valuable items at home as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

May I use my cell phone or pager?

To maintain an environment of tranquility and relaxation, we request you please respect the spa experience for all of our guests and turn off all cell phones, pagers and other communication devices while visiting the spa.

What if I have health considerations?

When making reservations, please advise us of any health considerations: high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, if you are pregnant or taking any medication so that we may make any necessary adjustments or service recommendations to ensure your visit with us is enjoyed. In some instances, medical ailments may require that we recieve a doctors authorization prior to providing certain services.

Is a gratuity included in the cost of services?

Gratuity is not included in the price of services or packages. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Gift cards are available in various amounts and for any service or package and are redeemable for services and products only. Gift cards have a one year expiration from date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service checkout. We do not honor lost or stolen gift cards.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is welcome in cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If using a Marlene Weber gift card as payment, please bring your gift card with you and present it to the cashier upon check-out.. There is a $20- service charge for all returned checks.

 

Your spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please inform us immediately as your complete satisfaction is our primary goal.
