Q: What is required to schedule an appointment online?

A: There are four requirements: 1. You must be a Campaign20 VIP member, 2. You must been an established Day Spa customer and have visited and received services from our Day Spa (3) or more times, 3. You must have a valid credit card on file, 4. You must agree to abide to our online booking policies.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Visit the Day Spa or call us at (845) 454-5852 to provide our Staff with the necessary information (credit card, expiration date, and agreement to online policies). Our Day Spa Staff will provide you with a USER ID and PASSWORD that you will use to access our online booking system.

Q: What if I have never visited your Day Spa before?

A: Unfortunately at this time, online booking is only available to Campaign20 VIP members who have visited our Day Spa and received services (3) or more times. If you do not meet this criteria, you may call us at (845) 454-5852 to book your appointment by phone.

Q: What if I want to schedule more than one service with more than one staff member during the same appointment?

A: We always encourage our clients to select whichever staff member they want to deliver their services.  Our online booking system allows you to book more than one service with more than one staff member.

Q: How far in advance can I book an appointment?

A: The system will allow you to book an appointment ahead two years in the future.  Since schedules can change over time, however, we encourage you to limit your bookings to a six month time period.

Q: Can I change my PASSWORD?

A: Yes, we encourage you to change your password periodically.  Just call the Day Spa (845) 454-5852, and they can change it for you!

Q:  I want to schedule a service, but I don't see it listed.

A: At this time, only select services are available to be booked online. Please contact the Day Spa (845) 454-5852 to schedule any services you do not see in our online booking system.  We will periodically add services to our online booking system.
